Your registration of any purchase order through our website means you approve of the latest version of the site.

Eligibility

We aim to make our website and its related services accessible to as many users as possible. However, we require that you be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to: (i) pay through one of our accepted payment methods; (ii) agree to these terms. This site is for your personal use or for gifts only, and does not allow for commercial use. We reserve the right to reject applications that we suspect to be for commercial use.

Registration

In order to benefit from the advantages and services on this website, you can either use the website with visitor data or create an account and register data with us. If you are a member of Facebook, you can also log in with your Facebook account. You are always responsible for verifying and correcting any personal data or data about the payment process you provide to us. Please keep your account information and password confidential. Our customer service representatives will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible for any loss incurred by any customer due to misuse of this data. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe that your personal account on our website has been compromised. By registering for any purchase order on this website, you are committed to meeting the eligibility criteria described above and you confirm that the information you have provided is relevant to you and accurate in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible for our registration.

Privacy Policy and Cookies

When you register for any of our orders, you are committed to purchasing the products mentioned in the purchase order and the price mentioned therein, including any delivery charges, taxes and customs duties, if any.

Purchase Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may revoke at our discretion for reasons such as inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, restrictions on shipping and availability of inventory.

The site may display information regarding product availability, and this information can be used to estimate the likelihood of a product being available as soon as the order is registered. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that any product listed as available will actually be available immediately, as the available stock of products can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, the product may be available at the time of registration for the purchase order, but by the time the order is executed, the stock available will be fully sold. If this happens, you will be notified.

You will be notified of our receipt by e-mail. But confirmation of the order will only be made when you receive an email from us to confirm that the product (s) have been sent to you. No other party has the authority to confirm acceptance of the order. Once the order has been confirmed, it is conducted in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information Disclosure

Protecting our customers’ data is a very important part of our business. Therefore, we only share data as described below and with companies that follow data-protective practices similar to those of the Privacy Policy:

• Third parties. To provide our services, we may cooperate with other companies or external service providers (e.g., logistics companies to deliver products to you, marketing companies, payment solution providers for online transactions, etc.)
  It is possible that these companies will store your data in a profile to facilitate the execution of your transactions.
  
  You realize how important it is for these companies to access relevant data to perform their tasks. We make sure that these companies do not use data for other purposes. We may also receive data from these companies (for example, delivery data and updated addresses). By using the site, you consent to the transfer, storage, use, and disclosure of data between our subsidiaries and external service providers wherever they are located. Provided that such companies are contractually bound to respect the privacy of the data.
• Marketing and Promotional Offers. We may also use data to provide you with information about the goods and services you may be interested in, as well as enhance your experience in browsing and using the Site as well as service messages, new features, enhancements, special offers and events of interest. We can communicate with you through different channels, including but not limited to emails, web notifications, publications, phone, application messages, and news articles.
  We may allow third parties to use data, for example: we may provide data to advertisers to help them reach the target audience to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ obligations (i.e., by showing their ads to the target audience).
  
  In addition, to participate in some of our competitions and promotions, you may be asked to provide additional data. For example: If you win a prize, you may be asked to provide more personal data to confirm your eligibility for the prize. This data is collected by us or by participating sponsors or sellers of promotional offers. Please note that you should review the third-parties’ privacy policies to see how they use any data they collect.
  
  
• Acquisition: In case of acquisition of our company or all of our assets, the customer data will be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.
• Site Protection: We may disclose Customer’s account and other personal data when we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to comply with law enforcement and to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others. This includes exchanging data with other companies and institutions for several reasons, including protection against fraud and credit risk reduction.
  
  Please note that our website may contain links to and from websites of our corporate networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you access one of these links, please note that these sites have their own privacy policies and that we will not be liable for such policies. Please also check the policies of those sites before submitting any personal data or other information to them.
  
  Payment
  
  We currently accept the following payment methods for purchasing orders registered on our website. The payment option upon receipt is available for orders up to a maximum of AED 50,000. The amount due will be collected at the time your order is registered and your payment data will be entered on our website. You warrant that you have permission to pay using that data. We reserve the right to refuse requests without any obligation to you where we believe the payment is unauthorized, the payment method is invalid, or where we believe you are not authorized to use the provided payment method.
  
  Prices
  
  The prices will be excluded from any services you may choose to associate with the purchase such as the delivery charges, taxes or customs duties that may be incurred by the purchase. Any such additional costs will be shown to you before the last steps of the order.

When you make a purchase order using a payment card in a currency other than the UAE Dirham, the amount paid to AED will be transferred at the exchange rate applicable from the payment card issuer at the time the payment is completed.

Delivery charges, taxes and customs duties (if any) shall be determined by the delivery destination, the products and services chosen and the method of delivery.

Although we have made every effort to ensure that the prices shown on our site and our sources of information are correct, an error may occur. If any error occurs and your request has already been processed, then we may do the following at our own discretion:

1. Cancel the order (or part of it). Then agree with you to restore the product (s) that appeared at a price other than the real price by mistake and the receipt will be from the original delivery address of that order. Finally, return the full amount paid to you (including delivery charges, taxes and customs duties of the original order) when the price paid is lower than the actual price of the product.
2. When the price paid is higher than the real price of the product, we will return the price difference to you.

Coupons and Discount Programs

Coupons are only valid for use on their terms and up to the specified date. They can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. They cannot be used with any discounts or other promotions. Coupons are to be particularly used by the person who owns them and cannot be given to others.

Delivery and Receiving of Our Products

Below are ways to deliver orders that are currently available. We’re always looking to improve the experience of our customers and may offer additional ways to deliver or receive through our marketing channels. Please check back regularly to see if other options are available

Exchange & Refund

• Damaged Products. We will refund to you the full value of the damaged products (except for original delivery charges, taxes and any customs duties, if any) using the original payment method through which the order was paid.
• Improperly delivered orders. If any of the received products is different from what you’ve ordered, then an arrangement to return the product will be made using the return process. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered within 30 days of receiving the order to merit a refund of the full amount paid, including delivery charges, taxes and any customs duties. Product substitution may be available. Also warranty against industry defects will be applied to damaged goods.
  
  
  

Product Returning Process

You can reach us through our email (info@palmedor.ae). Or you can access your order’s history page through your personal account on our website.

In order to redeem the paid value, all products (including promotional gift products that are granted free of charge with orders) must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the order, unchanged and unused. The product must be intact without any damage to its outer packaging, its original packaging, dustproof cover, with all its brand and product labels, price tags, care instructions unchanged. Authenticity cards – where they are presented – should also be returned.

Please keep in mind the condition of the cover of any product.

We reserve the right to follow-up on returns and reject requests from customers with high levels of product returning rate. However, nothing in our return section is intended to harm any user rights under UAE law.

Product Exchange

We cannot currently provide an exchange option. Instead, return procedures should be followed for all products and a new order for alternative products should be registered if the customer wishes to.

Manufacturing defects

In addition to the return policy within 30 days, some products contain warranty protection against manufacturing defects.

Cancellation

You can contact us at any time to cancel or change your order before it is labeled “in progress” on our online order tracking system. In the event that you do so, we will do any of the following at your request: (i) cancel the application for free and return the full amount paid to you; (ii) do our utmost to change it, based on stock availability and any price adjustments. If the order has been executed, please wait for the order to be delivered and then use the return steps. The order will be canceled if you choose to pay on delivery and you do not complete the confirmation process as explained above.

Product Ownership

Product ownership  will be transferred to you at one of these specific dates: (i) the date on which you paid the full price of those products; or (ii) the date on which you received the products. The responsibility for the products is transferred to you at the delivery address mentioned in the order.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your use of the Website and its contents does not grant you any copyrights, publishing, design, trademark or other intellectual property rights related to the content (as described in the Content section below), including our software or information written in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) or any other code included in the site. This includes all other content, such as the trademarks of third parties, designs and intellectual property rights relating thereto, which are listed or displayed on this website and which are normally protected by national and international intellectual property protection laws and treaties. You may only use the Content either as authorized by us or by the licensor. Reproduction or redistribution of content is prohibited, and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without specifying the aforementioned content, it is prohibited to link, commercialize, copy or use the above material on any server or other site, to support publication, copying or distribution. However, the customer is authorized to make a single copy for the purpose of viewing the content for personal use only.

We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information displayed on the site, but we cannot guarantee that the content is completely free from errors. We also do not guarantee that the functional aspects of the site or content will be error-free or that the site or servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful elements. Limitation of Liability

Except for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or as required by law; we, our affiliates, employees, board members, officers, agents or suppliers shall under no circumstances be liable to you or any person for any losses. We will not be liable to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. In all cases we will not be responsible for any amounts exceeding the amount you paid in return for the product (s) recorded in the orders. Indemnity

As a condition of use of this Website, you agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from and against any and all liabilities, losses, claims, expenses (including attorney’s fees) and damages (whether direct or indirect) arising out or in connection with claims resulting from your use of this Website, including without limitation any claims or losses alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of the Agreement.

Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that these Terms of Use constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us regarding your use of the website and any purchase by you of any product through our website, superseding and organizing all proposals, agreements, prior communications or other communications
